Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed. Once your order has been completed and transfered to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online.
- Standard US: 5 to 12 business days (but historically ships between 3 to 5 business days)
- Expedited US: 3 to 5 business days (but historically ships between 2 to 3 business days)

*Please note that for international orders, not all tracking events may be represented in real time and this sometimes makes a shipment appear to be “stuck” at a certain place/event. When shipping internationally, you should factor in delays due to customs and hand-offs to local carriers.
WHAT IS THE TYPICAL PRODUCTION TIME?
3-4 business days for all products with the exception of acrylic prints, acrylic blocks, travel bags, crib sheets, flat cards, folded cards and special order apparel (items not in-stock).
WHY ARE ORDERS NOT CONSOLIDATED?
We work with multiple vendors to give you the best pricing and quality, so your products may not be shipped from the same destination.
WHAT DOES “FLAT RATE” MEANT?
It means that you will be charged a certain rate for a product no matter what the specs are for your product. Take, for example, t-shirts: the shipping cost for the first t-shirt is $3.59 and for each additional t-shirt is $1.65, no matter what size, color and print the t-shirts are, and no matter where you’re shipping to within the US. The list of the products for which we offer flat rate shipping.

HOW DO SHIPPING COSTS WORK?
Shipping prices are calculated by our system automatically based on the customer’s location and the shipping method you select at the time of placing the order. The shipping cost combined with the item cost is the total order cost we will charge you when you place your order.
DO YOU OFFER TRACKING FOR SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer tracking for almost all of our products. Your tracking number will appear under your Order summary on the Orders page.
International shipments may take up to 21 business days in transit but are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks from the ship date through DHL.
We have also experienced instances where an order may take upwards of a month to deliver. Not all tracking events may be represented in real-time, and this causes a shipment to appear stalled at a particular place/event. There are also other factors beyond our control that may extend the delivery window, including but not limited to:
• Packages being handled by multiple carriers, when handed off to local carriers.
• Local customs department processing time
For these reasons, we are unable to guarantee a delivery date with certainty for international deliveries.

CORRECT FORMATTING FOR SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Our manufacturers accept up to 35 characters per Address Line, and all addresses need to be submitted in the English alphabet. Please note Gooten is not responsible for covering the costs of a replacement order in case the address is not submitted in this format.
Additionally, we suggest filling in both Address Lines 1 and 2 as the more details the address has, the more likely it is to be delivered to the proper address.
Flat rate shipping means that we offer fixed shipping rates for certain products and destination countries, which will help you simplify the time-consuming process of figuring out the best way to set up the shipping costs in your store.

AtelierWolfe.com offers different shipping options depending on your location, including standard and express deliveries. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout on all US, Canada, and EU orders. Fees for other additional shipping methods are calculated during checkout.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to the vendor and may be reshipped at your cost. If you would like to place a new order to reduce the final delivery time, this is at your discretion. Please note that if the package is returning to the original sender, due to an incorrect address, and it gets lost on its way back, ATELIERWOLFE is not able to cover the cost of the replacement order.
STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES
If the tracking information for an order shows the package was delivered, a reprint or a refund is at your discretion. We recommend contacting your customer for a new, secure location for final delivery.
ATELIERWOLFE will reprint and reship a new order at no charge to you if your order appears lost in transit.
Lost in transit: The tracking number shows the item was picked up from the manufacturer, but the tracking information has not shown movement for seven business days.
The reprint will be issued using the original shipping address and the shipping method. However, you have the option of upgrading the shipping method by paying the difference between the original shipping method and the new one):
- Standard shipping – up to 12 business days
- Expedited shipping – up to 5 business days
- Overnight shipping – up to 2 business days
- International shipping – typically up to 21 business days*
Delivery issues should be reported within two months of purchase.
LOST INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International deliveries are shipped via DHL and are usually completed within 1-3 weeks. However, packages may take up to 21 business days to reach their final destination. International deliveries do not provide consistent tracking updates, and this may cause a shipment to appear stalled on the delivery route. Other factors that may extend the delivery window:
- The package is handled by multiple carriers, including handoff off to local post offices
- Local customs department processing times vary depending on the country and declared value
- Carrier work stoppages, like strikes
- Inclement weather along the delivery route
Due to these variables, we cannot provide a guaranteed delivery date for international deliveries.
If your international order has not arrived at the delivery location by the 21st business day, please reach out to our Customer Care so we can arrange a replacement at no cost to you. The reprint will be issued using the original shipping address and the shipping method.
NEW SHIPPING SURCHARGES
What shipping carriers are applying these shipping surcharges?
- All major US carriers will be applying surcharges.
Will I get charged automatically for these holiday surcharges?
- No, customer’s will not pay the additional fees. Atelier Wolfe will take on the additional holiday surcharges.

In line with major shipping carriers, a temporary peak-season surcharge of either $2.00 or $0.24 to each order, varying by product, from November 15th, 2020 through January 15th, 2021. This surcharge is in response to the current economic climate and increased demand for online shopping for the expected holiday season. Overall rise in shipping costs due to the Covid-19, base shipping prices on a limited set of products will permanently increase as of November 1st, 2020.
